  I bought $187 worth of clothing there, returned few items, and on 14th day from purchase I came in to get credit back on price adjustments of the items I kept. Because I knew that lots items on my receipt dropped in price. Unfortunately I went to the most clueless employees of this store , especially short salesperson named Bri. I wanted to do price adjustment on two sets ( shorts and hoodie)!total of 4 items. First they told me that they don’t sell this items in the store- which is a lie, so I had to go with them in the back of the store near a clearance rack and show them the whole rack of about 20 same shorts and hoodies hanging. Then she told me that these items showing as already returned, which is another bs, one set was returned and two were never returned and I explained them 10 times that that’s the sets I am requesting a price adjustment on, that was really hard to comprehend for them, so one salesperson went to talk to someone else and another one stands there and pretty much yells that items are returned, I asked her to read from the system which items were returned, when she starts reading out loud it was clear that only one outfit was returned, but she still tells me that it can not be done. After some time the other girl came in and started to do the adjustment. The whole thing is hilarious, super unprofessional and stupid, they have tons of excuses of why they can’t do what they supposed to do. I never seen salespeople so out of line as in here. Next time I’m recording this and posting somewhere public, with a title “stupidity check.” Another thing, there is box of lingerie that clearly marked “ take an additional 40% off” but when you go to scan it at the register they will tell you that’s it already been taken, even when it clearly wasn’t . You actually have to do your own math, lots of items come up at higher price than marked.
