The lady at the counter was friendly but not helpful. She said I could get the chain fixed for $40 and 2 weeks or upgrade the chain for $80. The exact same necklace was sitting on the counter for $45 on special. I could have paid $45 and got the chain right then. I felt like she was just trying to upsale me
