  I'd have to agree with other reviewers about trying to sell items here. I brought in 5 dresses in Very Good to Excellent used condition (worn 1-2 times max and stored in a dress bag) and they offered me $5.20. That is absurd. I'm sure they have cute stuff and it's all reasonably priced, but I would not suggest selling here. ETA: I do want to say that the staff was very nice and professional.

  This location is a very big hit or miss. There are employees that actually care and will look at the clothes that you bring in, then there are the ones that will NOT. I️ brought in a bag full of trendy and new with tags Free People and Lululemon pieces and they didn’t take any of it. (All was very much in season too.) I️ browsed their store and only saw torn, very outdated, and flawed items. To top it off all of their shoes are extremely worn. Management or someone needs to train some of their employees and most importantly show them how to treat their customers.
