  BE SURE!! You always get a Paper Receipt. Went in on Saturday. Met the Store Manager. She was incredibly customer focused, kind, helpful. Purchased the wrong size envelopes, of the Office Depot brand. Unfortunately, the email I entered must have been incorrect. I never got a receipt. Went back. Requested an exchange. The service was terrible, snarky and rude. Plus they wouldn't honor the price saying that the items were on sale. Which they weren't.... the computer made the error. But it didn't matter. They were rude and horribly snarky. I returned everything I bought from Office Depot and will order from Amazon since they have an easy return policy. I won't be back. ********************************************** I am updating my review after meeting again with Melissa, who is the Store Manager above that I have complimented before. She was quick to address my concerns. Incredible person, kind and the team she had with her today equally tremendous. My advice: if you have any issues bypass the drama and seek her out. They wouldn't give me her info when I asked for it so keep calling or asking. There's a good team there. Lean on her if you have any concerns. I can assure you she will address them. She is invaluable! Also Hannah at the copy desk..... 5 stars!

  I was so impressed by the Tech Services team, not only did I purchase a new laptop, I gave them full access to my 2008 laptop w/Vista to be wiped clean followed by an Operating System install. This store is clean and organized, the employees are friendly and informative. This isn't my first visit and definitely won't be my last.
