  Very disappointed. Came in for a quote on head unit, 2 speakers and a sub box. Was quoted one price. Asked if they could do a little better on cost, maybe 5% or so less due to the amount of coin they were asking for. After waiting a week and a half for a phone call confirming or denying my request I finally made a drive to the store to just go ahead and get the work done for the original price quote. At this point I was told that they would not do the work unless they charged me quite a bit more for the work. And after asking for clarification as to why I was told its because "your car is nice and I need to charge you enough to replace anything I might ruin or break". Really? wow. shell shock to say the least. So does this mean they aren't qualified to do the work or what gives. Frustrated to say the least.
