  This Sprint location is hands down the best mobile phone store that I have ever shopped at. The store is beautiful, large, open, and clean. The staff that work there are extremely knowledgeable about their products and above all FRIENDLY! Hunter & Keith are two of the best mobile service representatives I have ever worked with. I am for sure making this my new Sprint store. Even if it is a bit of a drive, the service is worth it.

  AWFUL. Talked into to "promotional" items that we would never see on our bill and were charged for them. Called to have it fixed several times, each time I was told it would be fixed immediately. This went on for weeks. Long enough to be charged for them again. I offered to bring the items back since we only wanted them if they truly were a promotion. The items were unopened and we were told they would not take them back since it had been longer than 14 days. And they still couldn't/wouldn't fix the promotional code, so we were being charged $40 a month for items we never wanted or asked for. Asked to talk to a manager several times, still haven't had him return my call and it's been over a month. Had to file a complaint with the BBB to finally get the issue solved. Avoid at all cost.
