  Geez..... these guys are terrible. As a sales guy myself I just couldn't believe the way these guys conduct themselves. I rarely complain about things let alone write complaints. But with these un professional guys how could I not? Let's start off with the service I received from this so called salesman Lance, this fellow couldn't be worse. I started off our conversation letting him know I was a buyer. I knew what I wanted and therefore his job was easy. I was buying 2 Galaxy Gear watches for my wife and I, and a pair of Beats by Dre wireless headphones for my son. This is $1,000.00 worth of electronics from a guy who gets bonused after he sells $10,000.00 worth of stuff in the store. You would think he would be happy to make the sale. But no, this guy was an absolute jerk. I wanted one Galaxy Gear, and the headphones shipped to my wife at our home address. He made it clear he was going to ship them over night. And that he was going to call and let me know they had shipped. Never called. In fact sprint never calls when they say they will. Finally I had to call and no one knew anything. My items were never shipped. The tone was all wrong from these guys. Mind you I had just spent a grand as a walk in. Finally I tried to just return everything and they suddenly said everything was already shipped, that it was too late to return anything. Yet couldn't give me a tracking number for my shipment, because they know it wasn't shipped. This little sales tactic was to prevent him from losing his commission. I talked to his so called manager and he was just as un helpful. My wife swears by sprint. I effen hate them. Again as a sales guy, I sometimes call a client 15 times to secure a sale. And do as much follow up as I have to in order to keep the sale in place. These guys don't care. Lets not even start on how long I had to wait to spend with these clowns. The owner should fire this guy. He brings the whole place down. I'd never recommend sprint to my enemies. Especially this location. As of now still don't have my stuff. They can't understand why I'm mad. I wonder.
