  Great customer service! This is one of the best T-Mobile stores I've visited. My issues always get solved here and everyone is so knowledgeable. Keep up the great work guys! I don't know why there is a negative review for this store. That person most likely caused their own issue.

  One star. I shell out a TON of money every month for many BUSINESS lines and after WEEKS of troubleshooting nobody can figure out why text messaging won't work on this 2 MONTH OLD $800+ flagship device! I'd expect better support for business customers but they say I'm SOL for 3-4 days until they warranty replace my INVESTMENT with a REFURBISHED device! I can not keep losing business and money over these guys. Verizon here we come.
