  I went in to get my ring fixed because one of my smaller diamonds fell out and I also wanted it resized. They were nice at first but told me it was only going to take a week so a week and a half later I called them and they had no idea who I or my fiancé was. So literally I got it back a month later because they forgot to resize it when they sent it away so had to do it again! Then about 3 weeks after I got it back, after they told me everything was fixed, a different smaller diamond fell out! And now I'm not gonna have my ring for thanksgiving. Not happy. Going to a different zales.
